A Woman in Her 30s Overcomes Panic Symptoms Again — One Treatment, Three Years After First Recovery

🚃 “I Might Not Be Able to Ride the Train Again” — A 30s Woman Facing Panic Symptoms After 3 Years of Stability

A woman in her 30s.
She first came to see me about three years ago.

Out of nowhere, she found herself unable to ride the train.
She couldn’t go into crowded places.
She was gripped by fear and unable to move.

It was what is commonly called panic disorder.
But at the time, two critical factors were in place:

  • It had been less than a month since symptoms first appeared
  • She had not yet taken any psychiatric medication or tranquilizers

💡 The keys to recovery: Early and Simple

Because of those two factors,
she was able to return to work after just three sessions.

After that, she continued to come in for maintenance about once every three months.
She was someone who took excellent care of her mind and body.

💥 Then came signs of relapse

Not long ago, she contacted me again.

“I feel like I’m starting to get scared of the train again…”
“But it’s not as bad as before, so I want to fix it now while I still can.”

The trigger appeared to be extreme stress at work.
That pressure had begun to awaken the old symptoms.

🧠 And again, the cause was the neck

Upon examination, the cause was immediately clear.

There was a severe and distinct misalignment between C7 and T1.
The space around the nerve root was compressed.

Once that area was gently adjusted and the nerve space opened up—
The symptoms disappeared after just one treatment.

🧭 It’s not only the patients who are lost

In this world, there are countless people who don’t even know which doctor to see.
They don’t know where to go, or whom to ask. They suffer in silence.

And it’s not just the patients—
their families suffer just as much, wandering through the same darkness.

I can’t help but think:

I want to do something.
I know it can be helped.
And yet, it’s so frustrating.

🔥 My role is clear—deliver results

That’s why I focus on one thing above all:
Getting results.
One patient at a time, with care and precision.
Because every result becomes proof—and hope—for someone.

And I have a vision:

  • 🌍 I want to work with overseas governments to help their citizens.
  • 🧑‍⚕️ I want to increase the number of skilled practitioners around the world.
  • 🇯🇵 If we can’t do it in Japan, let those who can, do it where they can.

✊ This fire will never go out

Mental health.
Hypothyroidism.
And all forms of autonomic nervous system disorders.

I will never stop trying to reduce the number of people suffering from these issues.
The fire in my heart will never be extinguished.

I will make this happen.
